Surat, 28th December,2024 :Regional Conclave 2024 was organized by the Western India Regional Council of ICAI & hosted by Surat Branch of (WIRC) of ICAI, held on 27th and 28th December 2024. The event saw an overwhelming participation of more than 400 Chartered Accountants from across the region.
Under the leadership of CA. Dushyant K. Vithlani, Chairman of ICAI Surat, this year’s conclave focused on key themes such as Capital Markets, Global Opportunities and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The event featured a series of insightful sessions delivered by industry experts. Day 1 was well equipped with topics like Capital Market & Global Opportunities, where speakers like CA. Jitendra Khandol expressed his insights on Future & Options Trading, CA. Shivang Desai opened on opportunities for Chartered Accountants in Switzerland and Europe, CA. Sulay Shah a well-known speaker itself from Australia throws light regarding new avenues for CAs in Australia.
Day 2 was started with the motivational speech from Padma Shri Savjibhai Dholakia which sowed the inspirational thoughts amongst the members present, CA. Anil Bhandari the man of technology showed his expertise on how Chartered Accountants shall use technology in profession, CA. Nipun Mehta explains regarding the Fundamentals Analysis for Capital Market whereas CA. Ashish Bahety throws the light on Technical Analysis for Capital Markets.
The conclave provided a dynamic platform for professionals to enhance their knowledge, share experiences and network with experts in the fields of capital markets, global business opportunities and emerging technologies. The sessions were highly appreciated by the attendees for their depth and relevance in today’s fast-evolving business landscape.
