New Delhi: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) announced the results for the Class 10th (ICSE) and Class 12th (ISC) on Wednesday, and once again, girls outshone boys in both the examinations. The pass percentage for girls in both classes stood at 99.45%, whereas boys recorded 98.64%. By these results, most of the girls have performed much better in exams, but boys also marked a record of 98.64% in their examination.
In the ICSE Class 10th exam, out of 2,52,557 students, 2,308 did not pass. Among the 1,184 differently-baled students, 112 scored over 90%, and 48 secured more than 95%. In the western region, 13 students scored a perfect 100$% %, and the pass rate was 99.83%, the highest in India, and this marks a record in India also. By this the, most of the students’ parents are very happy to see their results they got on Wednesday.
For the ISC Class 12th exam, 99,551 students appeared, and 973 failed. Out of 257 differently-abled students, 29 scored over 90%, and 17 scored above 95%. The southern region has the best performance in Class 12th with a 99.76% pass rate. Supplementary exams for both classes will be held in July 2025.
