GD GOENKA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, a renowned educational institution, proudly celebrated the Graduation Day of its Senior KG students on 11th March, with a unique theme of “Across the Globe”. The event was a spectacular showcase of the students’ talents, creativity, and cultural diversity.
The grand ceremony, held at the school’s auditorium, was attended by the graduating students, their parents, teachers, and school management. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, pride, and a sense of accomplishment.
The event commenced with a welcome address by the Director Principal of the school – Mrs. Jayshree Choraria who congratulated the graduating students on their achievement. “Today marks a significant milestone in your academic journey. You have grown, learned, and blossomed into confident and curious individuals, ready to take on new challenges,” she said.
The students, dressed in their finest attire, representing different countries and cultures from around the world, beamed with pride as they received their graduation certificates. The ceremony also featured a series of performances, including songs, dances, and sports performances, showcasing the students’ talents and creativity.
One of the highlights of the event was the ‘Opening performance’ presentation, where students showcased the culture and traditional dance form of India. The presentation was accompanied by a stunning display of traditional costume and music.
The students, promised to uphold the values of integrity, compassion, and excellence, with the hat toss after they received their certificates and the group photos. “As you move forward in your academic journey, remember that the world is your classroom, and every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow,” she said.
The ceremony also featured a photo slideshow, showcasing the students’ journey from Playgroup to Senior KG.
The Graduation Day ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks, delivered by the Pre-Primary Associate Coordinator – Ms. Shreya Narang Aneja. “We are proud of each and every one of our graduating students. We are confident that they will make a positive impact in the world and make us proud,” she said.
As the students exited the auditorium, they were greeted with cheers, applause, and congratulatory messages from the parents. The atmosphere was filled with joy, pride, and a sense of accomplishment, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the students’ academic journey.
The theme of “Across the Globe” was chosen to reflect the school’s commitment to global awareness, cultural diversity, and international-mindedness. The event was designed to take the students and audience on a virtual journey around the world, showcasing the rich cultural heritage and traditions of different countries.
The complete program was organized by the Pre-Primary Coordinator Ms. Ankita Mulia, Pre-Primary Associate Coordinator Ms. Shreya Narang and the Section Activity Incharge Ms. Janki Patel, under the guidance of the Director Principal Mrs. Jayshree Choraria.
