In celebration of Children’s Day, the dedicated teachers at G.D GOENKA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SURAT treated students to a series of captivating skits designed to entertain and educate. This special event highlighted the joy of childhood and the importance of various themes that resonate with young minds.
The festivities began with the Pre-Primary Section, where teachers brought beloved cartoon characters to life, enchanting the little ones with a lively performance. This delightful skit not only entertained but also imparted valuable lessons about friendship, teamwork, and the power of imagination.

Following this, the Primary Section took the stage with a meaningful skit focused on the Significance of Children’s Day. Through engaging storytelling and role-play, teachers helped students understand the importance of this day, celebrating children’s rights and the vital role of nurturing environments in their growth and development.

The Middle Section then presented a fun-filled skit titled “Masti Ki Pathshala,” which showcased the playful side of learning. With humour and creativity, teachers and students together transformed education into an enjoyable adventure, reinforcing that learning can be both entertaining and enriching.
The day was concluded with the Higher Section’s thought-provoking performance centered on the Significance of India and the Classroom Theme. Through drama, teachers highlighted India’s rich cultural heritage and emphasized the classroom’s role as a space for academic learning and character building.
This memorable event not only entertained students but also fostered a deeper understanding of important values and themes, showcasing the commitment of GDGIS to nurturing well-rounded individuals.

The celebration of Children’s Day was supported and guided by our Director Principal Ma’am Mrs. Jayshree Choraria, whose vision and leadership inspired the teachers and students alike.
