G.D Goenka International school, Surat is super excited to announce that one of our very own Kindergarten student, Shaurya Chirag Tibra has officially achieved a World Record for the youngest child to recite the capital, currency and continents of the 149 countries. The competition was held on 2nd September, 2024. He recited the capitals of 149 countries along with their currencies and continents in 7 minutes 14 seconds and 54 milliseconds at the age of 6 years and has set a World Record for the world-wide book of records. We are so proud of Shaurya for this extraordinary achievement. It is inspiring to see such dedication and talent at such a young age. Special felicitation by our Director Principal, Mrs. Jayshree Choraria was conducted in the school assembly wherein the parents were also invited to celebrate his success. He has inspired not only his peers but also the wider community, proving that age is no barrier for achieving great endeavours.
