Surat: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has extended the application deadline for the Class 12th supplementary exams 2025 for Science and General streams. Students can now submit their application forms until May 21, 2025.
Previously, the last date for submission was May 18. However, the Board decided to give them additional time due to the significant number of students requiring improvement in their performance. These supplementary exams are specifically meant for students who appeared in the March 2025 board exams and could not clear one or more subjects, or were marked as Absent or Withheld due to various reasons.
This supplementary eczema gives these students a second chance to improve their results and continue their academic journey without losing a year. While the deadline for Class 12th applications has been extended, the final date for Class 10th supplementary exam applications remains May 20, 2025.
Students from Class 10th must submit their applications by this date without any further extension. Those applications will be submitted online. The purpose is to offer students a fair chance to clear their exams and avoid losing a full academic year.
