Surat: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board has officially initiated the process for distributing the Class 12th General Stream mark sheets and certificates for the academic year. The board has begun sending these important academic documents to all districts across the state. On Friday, the board dispatched the mark sheets from its central office to all district education offices.
These will reach the respective schools through the district-level authorities by May 17. Once the schools receive the mark sheets and the related documents, they will begin distributing them to the students on May 19. The documents begin distributed include not just the students’ final mark sheets but also their official certificates and other essential school records. This organisation’s distribution process is meant to ensure that students receive all necessary documentation in a timely and efficient manner. It will help them in pursuing higher education, applying for competitive exams, and fulfilling other academic or professional requirements.
The board has taken these steps to streamline the process and avoid any delays or confusion. By coordinating the delivery of documents through the district and school levels, they aim to provide students with easy access to their results and supporting records without having to visit board offices or face bureaucratic hurdles. This announcement comes as a relief for many students and parents who have been eagerly awaiting official documentation following the announcement of exam results. The Gujarat Board is expected to follow a similar process for other streams and standards in the coming weeks.
