New Delhi: The results for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2025 have been officially declared by the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, the organising institute for this year’s examination. Rajit Gupta from the IIT Delhi zone has emerged as the all-India topper, securing the AIR 1 with a total score of 332 out of 360.
Candidates who have appeared for the examination can now check their scorecards and the final answer keys on the official website of JEE Advanced. The JEE Advanced 2025 was held on May 18 in a computer-based test format.
This year’s JEE Advanced witnessed intense competition, with the rank list determined based on aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry across both Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper carried 180 marks, taking the maximum possible aggregate score to 360. To be featured in the common Rank List. Students have to meet subject-wise and overall qualifying marks.

Those who qualified candidates will now move on to the Joint Seat Allocation Authority 2025 counselling process, which governs admissions to IITs, NITs, IIITs and other Government-Funded Technical Institutes. According to some sources, the registration and choice filling for JoSAA counselling will begin on June 3, 2025.
The JoSAA 2025 schedule and detailed guidelines will soon be published on its official website. Students are advised to keep a close watch on updates to ensure smooth participation in the counselling and seat allocation process.
