Mr. Bolla is a passionate advocate for social change and sustainability. Through his company, Bollant Industries, he is driving positive environmental impact by producing eco-friendly, recycled products. Beyond sustainability, his company plays a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities, providing meaningful employment opportunities to hundreds of people, and fostering an inclusive work environment. In addition to his business venture, he has been an influential youth leader since 2005 and went on to become a member of Lead India 2020: The Second National Youth Movement, an initiative launched by former President A P J Abdul Kalam for transforming India into a developed nation by eradicating poverty, illiteracy, and unemployment. Mr. Bolla’s vision extends beyond business success – he is committed to creating a more equitable and sustainable future for all.
Being the first visually impaired student of Management Science at the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his achievements have broken barriers and paved the way for others to follow. He is also the co-founder of Samanvai Center for Children with Multiple Disabilities, which provides various facilities and education, empowering them to live economically independent and self-sustainable lives.
His impressive achievements have earned him a spot on Forbes’ “30 under 30” list across Asia, making him one of the only three Indians on that prestigious list. His presence at Parul University’s 8th Convocation will serve as a beacon of inspiration for our students and attendees.
