New Delhi [India], December 6: NSDC International, LMCare AG, and Aartees Education are thrilled to announce a strategic partnership aimed at addressing the growing demand for skilled healthcare professionals, particularly Indian Registered Nurses, in Germany. The organisations have signed a ground-breaking agreement that will streamline the process of sourcing, German language training, and deploying qualified nurses to support the healthcare sector in Germany. This stands as one of India’s major initiatives, with 3,250 nurses mobilized to Germany in the next couple of years.

Shri Ved Mani Tiwari, COO (Officiating CEO), NSDC & MD, NSDC International, “We are excited to announce our partnership with LMCare AG and Aartees Education, marking a significant milestone for NSDC International as we work together to facilitate the sourcing, training, and deployment of Indian registered nurses to Germany. This collaboration will enhance the skills of our nursing professionals, preparing them for valuable opportunities in the German healthcare system. Through this initiative, we aim to address the growing demand for skilled nursing personnel in Germany while strengthening the ties between India and Germany in the healthcare sector.”

Under this partnership, NSDC International will leverage its vast network and expertise in skill development to identify and train talented Indian Registered Nurses, preparing them for successful careers in the German healthcare system. NSDC International aims to mobilise 250 candidates to achieve B2 proficiency in German by the end of 2025 and will annually recruit 1,000 registered nurses starting in 2026, training them to pass all four modules of the B2 German language proficiency certificate.

LMcare AG, a specialised healthcare service provider in Germany, will facilitate the placement of these nurses in hospitals and other healthcare facilities across the country, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the local workforce. Under this agreement, Aartees Education will manage all aspects of deployment documentation, preparation, and support for candidates from India.

This collaboration marks a significant step towards addressing the shortage of healthcare professionals and enhancing the quality of care for patients in Germany. By harnessing the potential of skilled Indian Registered Nurses, NSDC International, LMcare AG, and Aartees Education are committed to strengthening healthcare systems and promoting cross-border cooperation in the field of healthcare.
