GD Goenka International School, Surat, proudly hosted the much-awaited Quill Club Book Launching 2.0 in the school auditorium. The highlight of the event was the official launch of “Sky So Blue” — a captivating collection of 24 short stories written and illustrated by the students themselves, under the expert guidance of Mr. Hemant Kumar from Quill Club Writers.
The event was graced by the presence of Ms. Kajal Oza Vaidya, a renowned literary figure in Gujarati literature, as the Chief Guest. Her motivational words and gracious presence added immense value to the occasion. The school also welcomed eminent dignitaries and was honoured by the support of the Director-Principal, Ms. Jayshree Choraria, who delivered a heartfelt message of appreciation to the parents, students, and faculty.
The young authors were felicitated and applauded for their extraordinary contributions, and the atmosphere was filled with pride and joy as the audience witnessed the creative achievements of the students come to life on stage.
