Shree Gurukrupa Vidhya Sankul (CBSE) successfully organized its annual function “Shyaam Ki Mahima” in a spiritually uplifting and joyful atmosphere. Based on the glory, divine leelas and life values of Lord Krishna, the program stood as a beautiful blend of education and culture.
The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest Shri Ganpat Vasava,
(Former Cabinet Minister and current MLA– Mangrol), whose dignified presence added immense value to the occasion. He appreciated the students’ confidence, discipline and artistic talent, and emphasized the importance of values along with education.
The inspirational presence of the school’s Honourable Chairman, Shri Mukeshbhai Patel, served as a strong pillar for the entire event. A visionary leader and a dedicated guide in the field of education, he has always led the institution towards academic excellence combined with value-based learning.
The program was further honored by the presence of renowned television actress Ms. Mallika Singh (Radha) as the Guest of Honour. She graciously accepted the invitation and addressed CBSE parents and students, applauding the relentless efforts, dedication and teamwork of the students and teachers in bringing the Krishna play “Shyaam Ki Mahima” to life.

During the event, students shared their experiences through interviews, expressing how portraying Krishna leelas helped them develop discipline, confidence, devotion and a spirit of cooperation.
Parents also shared their views, stating that “Shyaam Ki Mahima” was not just an annual function but a powerful platform for the holistic development of children, fostering values, creativity and self-confidence.
The school’s Principal, Mrs. H. Dumasiya Ma’am, in her address, highlighted that the event beautifully showcased Indian culture and devotion through artistic expression. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the management, teachers, students and parents for their constant support.
The successful execution of the event reflected the continuous efforts, meticulous planning and excellent coordination of the teaching and non-teaching staff. The Krishna leela-based dance, music and theatrical performances deeply touched the audience and filled the auditorium with applause.
